- Built in 1866 by George Johnson
- Renaissance Revival: North Italian Style
- The fluted Corinthian (engaged columns)
- In 1893 it was Southern Engraving and Stamp Company
- Was once an John B. Cary & Son Insurance and an ABC store
- Survived the Evacuation Fire of 1865
- Renovated in 2003 and changed into apartments.

- Built in 1916 by T.C. Beasley and Company
- Around 1915 it was the Harry Marks Clothing Company later
known as the Friedman-Marks Clothing Company - Also known as the Crump Building
- Renovated in 2003 and turned in to one and two bedroom apartments
